Park Reservationist - Malaekahana Beach Campground

Duties/Responsibilities:

Will assist with all general inquiries about Malaekahana State Park.  Make and track all of the park reservations including check-in and check-outs.  Handle rentals of kayaks, bikes, and other park equipment. 

Assist with all duties within the camp store including but not limited to inventory, cashiering, and stocking of the camp store at Malaekahana State Park.

To assist with filing, phone calls, use of a charge card machine, and other duties as assigned.

Must be available to work Monday to Friday, on holidays, and occasionally on weekends.

Qualifications:

Must possess a working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel spreadsheets, e-mail, database software programs, and some sales experience helpful.
Experience in performing general clerical or administrative office functions desired.  
Excellent customer service skills and telephone skills are required.
Must be able to meet deadlines, attention to detail, and accuracy are a must. 
Must be able to clear fingerprinted, criminal background check, and have a clean driver’s abstract.
